Equivalent to One month’s rent including VAT
Services includes:

Advise on market rent.  Advise on refurbishment, taking photos and video of the property, Marketing and advertising the property on certain channels to find the right tenant, `Arranging and accompany all viewings, negotiate offer and manage the tenancy setup arrangements, the completion of tenant references, required right to rent checks, arranging safety certificates and deposit registration documents to the tenant.

Will act as an intermediary to administer the collection of rent and deposit in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreement and provide with a statement of account. Managing situation on nonpayment of rent

Letting and Full Management

13% of the rent (11.5% plus VAT)
Services includes:
Including let only packages services plus Handling all matters arise during the tenancy. Carryout Routine property visits and notify landlord of outcome, arranging routine repairs, materials changes, maintenance, refurbishing and renewal of safety records, recheck tenants right to rent, hold keys, arranging checkouts appointment, negotiate claim against deposit. Distribute deposit as agreed between parties

Property Sale

1.5% on Sale Price plus VAT
Services includes:

Providing professional valuation, Listing and marketing property on various platforms, conducting views for potential buyers, Evaluating and negotiating offers, managing paperwork sales process, liaising with solicitors, buyers and other involved parties to ensure the sales progresses smoothly
